No, our amplifiers do not require a separate battery for electric vehicles. But we do recommend you consult a trained authorized Modus dealer to assist with your specific system design.

ACTEQ is a patented technology built in to Modus Mezzo amplifiers that will protect your speakers by monitoring the difference between the audio input and audio output of the amplifier.
